care vor fi mesajele atinse, cum vor fi adaptate la public; in final, care sunt temele discutiei si cum vor fi plasate in timp&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;care e ice-breakerul si care e finalitatea - cum accentuam si capitalizam pe ele&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;o agenda imensa care sa contina si o fisa gantt, precum si un mic SWOT in ceea ce priveste evenimentul vizat&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;o lista lunga de nume de oameni care: fac poze, cunosc presa sau sunt din presa, ceva bloggeri daca evenimentul poate fi pe placul lor; oameni care au laptopuri, proiectoare; grupuri de studenti de la diferite universitati; ONG-uri&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;metodele prin care ii contactam - mail, promovare directa, intermediari, presa etc&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;cum ii atragem pe fiecare in parte - care parte din eveniment li se adreseaza si cum o branduim astfel incat sa vina la noi&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;o lista mai scurta dar foarte solida de nume de oameni care vor fi invitati sa vorbeasca - fie persoane cu renume, fie persoane care au mai avut contact cu noi ca organizatie - ce teme vor atinge, ce abordare vor avea; Aceste legi se aplica in ziua de azi mai ales, zi in care green marketing-ul capata tot mai multa amploare. Trendul sustenabilitatii s-a dezvoltat de la antreprenoriat si management de afaceri spre domeniul care ii da o voce. Si nu, a fi sustenabil nu inseamna a fi eco. Am cautat mai multe in genul si majoritatea is seci, de un minut-doua si in general cu chestii banale. Dupa succesul din noiembrie 2005, Marketing Forum revine cu o noua tema in 2006, pastrandu-si pozitionarea „Marketingul este mai mult decat publicitate”. In general folosim afisele sau machetele care apar si in print, astfel prezenta offline este dublata de cea online. Cea mai simpla metoda este aceea de a atasa la e-mail imaginea care o doresti, dar impactul este minim. Asa ca am cautat o metoda pentru a insera imaginea direct in continutul mail-ului. Acestia sunt pasii :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Downloadeaza &lt;a href="http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/thunderbird/"&gt;Thunderbird&lt;/a&gt;. (client de e-mail gratis facut de Mozilla)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Configureaza-l pentru &lt;a href="http://www.gmail.com/"&gt;GMail&lt;/a&gt;.
